Hcay has taken the lead to offer free 3 months technical support for any bespoke system development for customers who place the order before 31st April 2008.
Hcay designed systems are scalable and robust. As a general rule we offer 1 month support for free. From experience we have noticed that our systems perform extremely well. We build systems so that the customer dependence on technical support is minimal. As our clients get themselves familiarised with the new system, having technical support for the first 3 months after the roll out of product is advisable.
